FARGO — Give Jason Eck credit, the University of New Mexico head coach is taking his state s nickname, The Land of Enchantment, to heart and selling the beauty of college football. He s taking what he did as an assistant coach at South Dakota State several years ago — a couple snarky tweets at the Bison-Jackrabbits rivalry — and refining it with humor. Eck on Sunday on the platform Instagram posted a video of himself dressed up as a Lobo ticket sales manager named Jeff and showing his office staff how to sell tickets to the Bison and New Mexico game on Saturday night.
