District this weekend. For the last two years, Late Start Brewing and Mighty Fine have carved out a corner where burgers, the lowkey-goated Southern-meets-Korean fried chicken sandwich, and crispy beers reign supreme. As they each celebrate their second anniversary on Saturday, Late Start and Mighty Fine are pulling out all the stops. The brewery, helmed in part by Jordan Copher, promises a slew of limited releases (Hillsborough red ale, dreamberry seltzer, a pumpkin double bullseye, and “katch up” are just part of that lineup).
